I’ve lived in this rv park for a little over a year and there are new owners. Now they are forcing me to remove my box trailer and truck somewhere else. They offered there new storage for $70 a month or if I rent a bigger lot $700 to $850 I can keep my belongings with me I pay $475 plus electric and a $400 deposit is that legal ? And they are threatening immediate eviction if I do not comply. Everyday they bang on my door I just paid rent yet they harrass me! Is any thing they are doing legall?

This past February (2014) my kids father and myself came to an agreement that he would take the kids to school two days a week. However he takes them to school late often, they're not finishing homwork, and are loosing sleep because he lives far so theyre waking up about an hour earlier then when i have them. When a spouse passes away and has debt in his/her name only, like credit cards, and or contractual obligations for satellite services or cell phone service that charge fee for early termination, etc.- is the remaining spouse responsble for that debt and fulfilling contractual obligation?
