  • Instead of sending rent directly to him, my landlord has had me mail my rent as deposits straight to his bank. I have been using automatic bill pay through my bank, so it's been a hands off process for all involved. He just hit me with a five day notice to pay or vacate, claiming he is owed $11,000+ since April of last year!   • On 12/30, I entered into a lease in which it was discussed, agreed to, and I signed the addendum added regarding having a satellite dish on the property.
