  • I was homeless w/ a puppy & offered home in exchange for cleaning and lawn svcs. he bills owners for. Owner would text, call, & pop in daily. I got a p/t job to earn cash. When I wasn’t there he gave me one day to get out due to lack of communication. I painted patio, garage, shelves, trimmed trees and shrubs, planted flowers, cleaned all units regularly, & complied. I did good work because his clients sent me reviews & he got paid! Can he do that or can I stay until I find a place?

  • Ex husband and I have legal discussion making. I have weekends& school breaks. He has m-f, I live in Phoenix. Having difficulties with him not wanting to send me a picture and if he can have my son call me after the games/when they are not busy. He is claiming that it's too hard for him to do but was able to take a picture of his gf & post it online. Then he states that I can be involved by giving him money, this isn't court order. Not having too I already asked aug and july. What can I do to enforces this or talk to someone about his actions? He is consisting says his gf a better mom than me.

I have notified him of the move with a registered letter. What is my next and best course of action?

  • I owe a credit union in Michigan $25,000 for Visa and $175,000 for second mortgage. They wrote the balances off 12/30/2010. I continued to make payments on the mortgage thru May-2012. I have not received any communications from the credit union since then. In June 2013 I received a letter from a collection agency that states that I owe $200,000 on the 2nd mortgage and $32,000 on the visa. What are my rights? What am I obligated to pay? Does Arizona have a law that creditors are not allowed to solicit more than what they paid for a debt? Your help would be greatly appreciated. SB
  • I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?
  • My 35 year old son lives with me, but recently I've been having two problems. The first is he keeps his room so filthy, it's unhealthy. Clothes all over, along with food containers over r, which will lead to insect problems that I don't want in my home.   • I signed a joint lease and paid my share to leave. The other person did not pay. Can they go after me for the balance?
  • I applied at an apartment complex and they told me I needed to pay a holding fee so they can hold the apartment for me. All I did qawas sign the application and told them i would bring tye holding fee another day so they gave me another form stating all of the fees I was to pay at move in. (You sign that AFTER you pay the holding fee). So a couple days later I went in and cancelled my application and now they're sending me to collection for that holding fee. I asked to be shown the policy on that and all they showed me was a paper saying the amount and next to it "non-refundable".
