  • Im been sent to court for breaching my 13 month contract with apartments........im a mother of 4 lil ones in 2011 when i was linving there 3/4 of the summer we had no air conditioning it was hell they then turned off the cooling system in october when the temperatures still reach th 100's then for three weeks of november we had no gas to cook with and no hot water to bathe with i had enough i saved up money and moved out begining of december, 4 months short of my lease ending.i offered to pay for decembers rent but they wouldnt take it. To my understanding a landlord is suppose to provide this
  • In 2011 I was late with my rent payment. I received a notice to pay or vacate. I immediately paid the rent past due and late fees in full. The following month my lease expired, I paid my rent due and moved out. Fast forward to 2013 I find out the apartment filed a forcible/special detainer. Is this legal? Am I able to dispute the judgement? Please help. Thanks
  • My landlord entered us into a lease with the knowledge that the home was INFESTED with termites. The neighbor pointed them out and told us he informed her before our occupancy. We immediately verbally requested she send a professional not only to inspect the safety of the homes structure, but to treat the problem. She ignored our request. We then turned in a written request and she immediately sent someone unannounced to spray for them. We still want an inspection. The damn things are dropping through our ceiling and our porch literally is falling apart. What can we do now?
  • my family and i rented a house recently(like 3 weeks ago). the house it turns out was rented to us illegally, the house is in foreclosure and we where informed by the glendale police department on thursday that we had to be out by 7am on monday morning. due to the fact that the landlord is under investigations for fraud. now i dont no what to do. dont we have to go through a court process or something before we have to leave? please can u help r give me any advice?

  • In Az is it illegal for a used car dealership to sell a vehicle that had not yet been emissioned tested first? I have read on the Arizona Dept. of Enviromentak Quality page that they do,does this mean the contract I signed is technically void? Please dont judge me as i have had other repos and garnishments for them and they have all been paid for. i bought the car in late december 2012 and it wasnt till late feb. 2013 when they finally had to do an emissions test as my license plate wouldnt be mailed off till it was done.   • What are the obligations of the obligee if she has an existing college degree and all children are in school all day? Is there any requirement that she get a job? She is not in an education or training program.
  • My landlord has fail to fix numerous things on the house I’m renting Some of those things are hazard not only to me but my 3 kids They wouldn’t fix the AC in Summer Tim when it was 110 outside and my house was 85-90 degrees inside they sent someone out and they told me that the ac needs to be replaced they never did it. There are black bees and the regular bees coming inside the house since I moved in They have no sprayed for bugs like they said. I Have tried to withhold rent for this or only pay half and they still don’t fix it.
  • So my daughters father and i where together when she was born naturally i gave her his last name. On Septemeber 29, 2015 he was arrested and charged with his 3rd domestic. There's a 2 year order of protection in place he gets visitation within that op. Due to all this id like to not change but at least hyphenate her last name can i do this?
