I am renting a house and the lease states renters are responsible for "yard maintenance." A storm broke 3 large branches on a tree in the backyard, one of which is laying on the patio canopy. The landlord said "I am responsible for yard maintenance. They will pay for any damages." I believe a tree nearly destroyed by a storm is different than yard maintenance and the landlord should have the branches removed and make the determination as to whether the tree should also be removed. Is it legal for them to force the cost of this clean up and potential tree removal on me?

Hi my name is anna the reason I'm writing this letter is cuz I have a 15 year old son who is in a correctional factly he had a toumer removed in his spine 2013 after there was an MRI and a toumer in his cereabllem in a place were they can't even biopsy it was found so the dr who did his spine sent him to an oncologist who was his care provider supposed to be till my son was put in the deletion center any how my child was put in this factly in april of 2014 and his dr has dropped as a patient because he missed to manny appointments but the dr who lives three he away will not talk to me and when asked to talk to the courts about my son he wouldn't I don't know about theses toumers but my oldest son had an A VM and it ruptured and the way his life was spared was it leaked in to his spine the dr at are Emergency room were gonna send him home with migraine headaches but my dad told them that are boys can take a great deal of pain and that was no migraine so they took him back gave him a MRI and found the leading and life flightless him to another hospital were a Dr performed operation and removed the AVM and he's fine but I don't know why there treating my child like this he has  not commited a crime that bad that he should be  sentenced to death row now I'm not sure what this means but speaking with a nurse at his Dr office I asked her at the time they found his toumer how big was it and she said it was 20 ×13×13 and she then said in feb 2015 by a different radiologist not in their office it measured at 21×15×15 I don't know what that means but I have a letter from the same Dr when this all began saying my son needs chemo asap or his life it could cost him and now his probation officer has caused some problems and I had to get papers from the count saying I never lost costidy and I had my sons regular Dr call and she was lied to by the nurse and told her my son see a Dr but I ask and he says no and there calling him a hpoconderact pleas help

i am a single mother who recently had been broken up with by my daughters dad and im worried about the safty of my daughters well being. I am the only one on the birth certificate and we were never married. her father drinks and drives with his other child tycen in the car i seen it and i have a witness that chewed him out for it and called me about it right after i had seen him drive by my house driving drunk with his other child tycen in the car after he went to play a game of golf. My mother had quad bypass surgery 10/07. Upon coming home from the hospital we needed a caregiver to help my mom take her meds go to the bathroom , feed herself , bathe herself etc. After 90 days my mothers LTC kicked in. We filed a claim with Humana , which is the provider that administers her medicare , on 04/20/07. We called a couple of weeks later and were told it takes 30 days to process. We then called the end of May and were told they have it but to wait another 30 days. We called at the end of June and were now told it was in the wrong dept but it would now be expedited. I called mid July spoke to a "manager " Joe Clark who said it was still in the worng dept but he wopuld expedite it and call me back in 1-2 days. NO CALL 10 days later I call and speak to Stephanie, and she tells me her sup. will call me back NO CALL. i call 5 days later speak to Woodley , he tells me he has no idea about the delay but will rush it. I call at the end of July speak to yet another manager who tells me they "changed" vendors and need me to refax the entire claim. She asks me what the claim is about I tell her and she tells me that what I described to her is really more "housekeeping" work and not covered. KEEP IN MIND she hasn't even reviewed the claim. I am now approaching 4 months since we first submitted this and I am at wits end. What are my options to get this expedited one way or another

I am the manager of an RV park, I have several tenants who are past due on their rent and utilities. What action can I take to have them remove their trailer and vacate the park? They have been asked to vacate, but they do not. As far as I'm concerned they are trespassing. I also would like to lock the electricity because they have not paid their electric in months and I'm having to pay APS for their usage.

The mother of my 3 year old child was killed in a car accident recently. Paternity was established at the hospital when my child was born . Up until her death we worked out custody, child support and parenting time without having to go through the courts. She had unofficial "custody", because my child was with her when she died, CPS investigated and informs me that since it appears that mother was the custodial parent, that I need to establish custody through the courts. Can someone make sense of why I would need to establish custody, per CPS
