  • Ilived in a house for seven years and was wrogfully evicted because the landlord wouldnot fix the septic which was over flowing running under my house which was beyond toxix and smelled bad on the whole block. I ended up calling the EPA on him and he ended up getting fined 7000 dollars. once he found out i did it he evicted me out of retaliation. is this legal or not and whats the statute of limitations on this?
