I moved in with my girlfriend who own a house, while I live with her, I pay rent, I help her with home improve such paint, clean up back yard and some repair, now we don't get along, I want my money back or compension for help with home improve, but I didn't pay for materials, just labor, I didn't ask for money for help with house improve or anything, I just pay for rent and sleep with her, do I have right?

The mobile home I rent was severely damaged in a monsoon storm back in May of this year. The entire roof was ripped off and in some areas (my bedroom ) I was able to see the sky! It took a little over a week before they had someone come START repairs. During the wait the rain continued. My roof was repaired However, the water damage in the inner ceiling has not. My ceiling is caving in and the mold in my bathroom is visible . The manager is NEVER in the office and I don’t know how to get them to repair it. My rent and utilities continue to be paid in full each month some help please

Do I have a case if my house caught on fire due to the fact that my manager haven't up dated the electric boxes.theu put me up in another place.but the first place had black mold and jam now in another place which is hard on me I am handicapped. So they told me I would be out of my house for 3 weeks until they had repaired it.and it caught on fire in June 17 2017 so it's been 7 months now they just giving me the run around.and iv been paying my rent space every month.ib lost all of my food twice.and lot of my stuff.should I pay them there rent until they get me back in to my home

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

Hello we recently had our wedding at a country club in Scottsdale. We have had multiple complaints that there were people under age being served liquor at the wedding. The country club even admitted to serving to one of the people. I have been going back and fourth with them in regards to why they were not asking for ID and they are coming up with an answer for everything. We already reported to country club that they were serving to minors but we want to know what we can do in regards to getting some of our money back. We paid almost 8000 for our wedding and had issues that night becuase of under age drinking and complaints. Out expectation of the country club was to ID people since we paid for an open bar. Is there anything else I can do besides reporting them? Thank You

I've been sick for the past 3 months and the doctors have not been able to diagnose my initial cause. Because of the musky smell in our rental, we believe there to be mold. I believe it is mold making me sick. When I informed the owner he instantly jumped down my throat and asked why this is the first he's hearing of anything. Since I asked not to pay rent till the rental tested for mold he threatened to start the eviction process as soon as possible. I understand I have to pay rent. What do I do about the possible mold issue?
