  • My ex mostly has custody of our four-year-old boy. She quit her job the same week we went to court and then got hired back once child support was determined based on her not working and living with her cousin. Now, her green card has expired. She did receive a temporary extension to March 2015. She received her card through a fraud marriage and lied to immigration about her address, of course all this was found out through court. If she does not get her card renewed can she legally take our son to Mexico and continue to collect child support as she continually threatens to do?
  • If I am over 18 and in college do I still have to participate in the jobs program?
  • Just moved out to AZ, my girlfriend and I have a house with a pool and a walled in back yard. She asked if it is legal to sunbathe without a swimsuit or any clothes on. I know there are public exposure laws, but does it make a difference that is in my own property and with an enclosed yard? Or if a neighbor looks over my wall and sees her and reports it, are we in the wrong?
  • I could not put guardianship because it is of an 18 year old autistic person and I need to know what steps to take to acquire guardianship of him until the divorce his parents are going through is settled.

  • My landlord sent me a 5 day pay or quit notice to my place of employment, along with a copy to my work email,I work at a large company of about 2k, mail is not given to us directly. It is opened by a mail room clerk and then distributed (if they feel it is work related) to the appropriate dept managers. My work email automatically sends acknowledgements when you open an email. So I know my landlord received this acknowledgement. My question, is can my landlord send me this 5 day notice to my place of work? Is the signature from the mail clerk acceptable in court?
  • Where can I find past cases in Arizona where Alimony was not granted.
  • We were renting from the man who owes 1/4 house who also presited here as well...he past a few day's ago and the other owners cameand said We have to leave now....do we have to or do weget Some time to find new place to Live
  • I'm trying to help my mom get food stamps and cash assistance. She is age 56 and gets 480 dollars a month for retirement benefits. However; she has no car and doesn't work. She lives in a trailer. Her bills cost more than what she earns each month. So, I pay the remainder for her. My question is; does she qualify for food stamps and cash assistance without having to work a job at this point? She has no GED and has raised 8 kids and is now divorced. She gets half of her ex husbands retirement, and that's it. I would appreciate any help? I sent in her paperwork by fax.
