I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? He says he's not because I was under a contract which is not true I never signed any contract at all with him, just a verbal to weed eat the property and pick up track for a free booth for the the year that was all I was suppose to do. thanks for your response

I was officially divorced 01/18/2019. I have been currently been reciting summons from debit collectors on credit cards and HOA for properties and credit card that were listed as my X-husbands responsibility on the divorce decree. My X-owes me back child support and I had a order of protection at time this debt was accrued.

Have had many issues with AC ceiling unit leaking all over kitchen floor in my apt since March. Manager does nothing. I delivered a 10-day form from gov website statute 33-1324 10 days ago. Is there anything more to it then just moving out? What if they try to say I broke lease and report to credit?

A company will not give me my money back? what do I do? Do I bring them to court?

If I am filing a small claim for wrongly withholding deposit, do I bring my claim against the landlord or the property management company, or both? The property management company is who made the decision to withhold the deposit.

If my spouse bought a home that is most likely going into foreclosure. I was not involved in any way for the purchase of this property nor am I on the title. I do however pay the mortgage on this property. If this goes to foreclosure, can the lender come after me for any reason?
