I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31.   • I recently rented a room for my wife and I from a couple in Phoenix. I paid a deposit and three months rent in advance totaling $1625. I received signed receipts. Before moving in the landlord changed our original agreement and asked for a separate fee for utilities. We had agreed on a monthly rent charge that would include utilities.I informed the landlord that if he could not adhere to our agreement I would remove my property and wanted a refund. After considerable difficulty I was allowed to do so but a refund has been refused. A lease was also refused. I never stayed in the home even once.
  • I have 3 children their father has been in and out of prison since 2004, their last actual contact with him was in 2005. can i file for a severance under abandonment statue? He was released in 2007 and had certain court orders to abide by in order to recieve supervised visitation he failed to do so. I filed for divorce and my ex and I are in agreement on everything, neither of us wants child support or spousal support and we filed a Maritial Settlement Agreement stating that neither of us is seeking Child support but when I am filling out the final decree it seems as though it is requiring me to also do the child support order and child support worksheet.
