  • I am trying to get a contact number for the clearinghouse. I am retired military my ex wife qualifies for 42.5% of my military pay. When we the divorce was final my lawyers had the spousal maintenance taken out of my military pay instead of my civilian pay that was corrected this month now they are taking money out of my civilian pay but no one sent anything to DFAS so they are still paying her 1000 dollars a month and they are also taking 1000 from my civilian pay the court order says tha I will pay 1000 dollars a month spousal maintenance and she gets 42.5 percent of my retirement not 2000

The words "dominate aggressor" does not exist , at least not in the statues in AZ. So my question is: How do the courts justify this? Is this ethical? Every justification so far has been absolutely absurd. Have you thought this through at all? Obviously: no victim, double fees, more income, more DV programs as Dual arrests increase
  • When the Court Sets Aside a misdemeanor conviction and orders a person released from all penalties and disabilities, does this mean that all civil rights (voting, gun rights, etc.) are restored? And if so are there any other documents that have to be submitted to complete this action?

But they also charge a 20.00 service charge and they have a tax on the usage. But CAN THEY TAX A SERVICE ALONG WITH THE TAX FOR THE USE OF ELECTRICITY. ALONG with a water tax on usage and service charge alongwith RNTX. I thought sewer was figured on the amount of water used ?
