QUESTIONS

  • I have filed all of my paperwork and was advised to call the default line in 10 business days, yet I do not have a number for that. What do I do?
  • I have two grandsons, 3yrs. old and 6yrs old. I am the maternal grandmother with the 6yr. old in my care and pending an adoption. The paternal grandmother was charged with domestic violence and has the 3 yr. old in her care awaiting adoption. Will she still be allowed to adopt whether the charge has been dropped or not?
  • I was recently let go from my job of 5 yrs. for testing positive on a random drug n alcohol test. I dont drink and the test showed the levels of scoop mouthwash alcohol content not what was in my body. I told my manger but he let me go anyway. How can I show that it was a false reading? Also Att Gen office asked me to fill paperwork out for the settlement they reached with a Bank, I did, have heard nothing and the Bank says they will do nothing!

  • My friend just rented a trailer in willams.here are the issues he is having with his landlord and corresponding questions 1. The is sewer gas coming out of the drains in the bathroom 2.there are many electric plugs and switches that are coming out of the walls when touched or used 3.there are no smoke alarms. 4.one of the entrance doors has a rotted core and can not be secured, (it can be pulled open or pushed in effortlessly 5. Tenants are asking if we are responsible for any of their high water bill. Bill is 2-3x regular amount. In lease, it is specified that tenant pays all utilities.
