I put in a work order for my microwave to be fixed on July 3rd. It is now July 24th and they have still not fixed the microwave. I call the office and put in another work order, but they keep pushing it off. When I ask why is it taking so long, management gives me different stories.

My wife and I recently rented an apartment and let our 17 year old daughter live there. Our intention to have her as the inhabitant was expressed to the property manager and her name was included onthe rental agreement. If our garage broke, we could close it, and our property manager stated "their repair guy" could not come for 2 days and we had to secure the premises; we had to pay $350 for a repair man to JUST shut the door. 2 days later "their repairman" came and replaced the door. Now my landlord, per the property manager, is saying he will only give us $65 back since we didnt use "their repairman"! I have all of the emails as that is the ONLY way to speak with our property manager.

me and my girlfriend have a child together he has my last name and I'm named on his birth certificate how do I get custody of him as she has mental health problems. and can't look after him properly.

I am leasing a house threw a management company and found out that the house is in foreclosure and an auction date has already been set. The way I found out is the attorney for the lender posted the notice on our door not by the management company. I had to let them know. Am I still suppose to pay them the lease payment?
