I let my cousin and her daughter leave some of their belongings in my back house. It was only supposed to be for a few weeks it has now been over three years. I have talked to my cousin and have repeatedly told her to pick up her stuff. She says she'll be here a certine day and never comes. Her daughter I can never get a hold of what can I do with all their stuff now?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

My daughter is 25 years old and on supervised probation and living in my home. If she brings drugs into my house without my knowledge and the probation officer searches her/her room, can I be charged with something or can I lose my house?

I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? I lived in California when I got approved for ssdi and I was approved for backpay I moved to Arizona within the year of 2013 and now they are telling me I don't get my backpay because of state rules being different but I should get the backpay for 2011 thru 2013 I am entitled to right?

landlord keeps enter my apartment without notice to fix items in our apt. We have not problem but we ask for then to notify us at what time and when, so we could be present. They tells that they could enter at anytime with out notice. Also they give the key to our apartment to other vendors without letting us know. We have little baby that get scared easily because of same trauma they been thur. We have given then times and days but they still do what they want.
