QUESTIONS

  • If i am renting to own my trailer and i have any maintenance problems am i responsible for paying for the repairs or is the manager responsible for them?
  • How can I avoid being solicited by telemarketers and marketing mail?
  • I care for my friends daughter, it was just when she is working. now I have her 5 of 7 days of the week. When she dose go home, The house is cold and horribly trashy, The child is always locked into her room because of the house. She is always dirty and puruple when I pick her up. What rights as the caregiver do I have? I do not feel her home is safe for her child. I also have her son 24/7 with the father living here with us.
  • I live in Arizona and my spouse lives in Texas. I do not have any residence or employment information on him. Do I file for divorce in AZ or do I file in TX? I have had no contact with him since 2012. We have no children or property and I prefer to file on my own due to financial issues. Thank you.

The new property management company did not inform me that they took over the lease. My son gave a 30 day notice on January 5 2018. He paid January rent. The new property management company says he is responsible for February rent as well. They are informing me now that I need to pay February because I am a co signer. (My son is now a student and can not afford the rent) Question: Are we responsible for February 2018 rent because the 30 days went from 01/05/2018?
  • My decree states that my ex-husband has supervised visitation. The person who was supervising was my mother, who recently passed away. There is no other family member or friend that can do the supervising. We have tried to have me supervise but we end up fighting during the visit. Will the court supervise or is there a program that will supervise?
  • I shared a house with two others. I paid rent on time as well as utilities. No rental agreement was given to me and my name is not on the lease. A rental application was submitted. I am now being sued for non payment of rent and non usage utility cost because I moved out prior to the lease expiring.
  • My son was born out of wedlock. At the time of birth paternity was established because we both signed the birth certificate. My son is now 8 and has had no contact with my ex boyfriend for at least 5 years who also currently incarcerated. Does he still have paternal rights? Would now be a good time to file for sole custody?
  • My mother was deported , i need gurdianship for my 6 year old sister so she can go to school i am 18 now can i get gurdianship or do i have to be older ?
