  • Hello. Recently bought a mobile home and it was advertised for monthly of 392. Went in to office to get lease and they insist they are an annual paying park and wanting over 4500 in two payments in jan and feb. this is not possible for me and I have explained the hardship. What can I do?
  • Signed a lease agreement a few weeks ago to an apartment sight unseen due to current resident. Today, my wife and i received keys to the new apt. Immediately found a roach infestation. In every room and every corner, black and german roaches coming out of the walls. Not one thing has been moved in yet and we were in the apt for about3 minutes. Can we legally terminate and/or nullify this lease pre move in, due to health concerns with our newborn? I have video of the roaches crawling everywhere.

Is there anything I can do about this? Legally.
  • My car was recently repossessed. I spoke w/ the fa dept wanting to pay everything I need to pay to get it out and set my pymts up for weekly. The dept is telling me I have to wait 7-8 days for a letter to be generated and recd before I can make my pymt. Meanwhile, im getting charged storage fees everyday when I could just pay for it. Do I have to wait to receive a letter telling me I already know what happened and what I need to do? I want to pay today to get my car out.

I’m trying to take care of it now and it’s not on my credit report so I can’t pay it there. I used three different sites to check rental history and only one site found my eviction. I can’t find the record anywhere. Idk if i owe? Why is it so hard to find?? Please help me I just wanna pay this and move on from my dumb mistake!   • My Son fathered 2 children with a lady who was married to someone else at the time of birth.She listed her husband as the father on the birth certificate. She was killed in an accident recently and was still legally married at the time , but had been seperated from her husband and lived with my son for 5 years.Her husband and her had filled out & had notarized a from called voluntary paternity , but never listed my son as the father , he did aknowledge he was not the father.My son had dna test done and they do show he is the biological father.How does he get the name changed on the birth certficate.He has the children , that is not an issue , just want to make sure all is legal in the eyes of the courts/state.How do we proceed ?
  • We rent a house from our landlord. The house has a swamp cooler the connection from the swamp cooler to the water faucet broke. It caused my water bill to increase by $80. My landlord is telling me that it's my responsibility to know if something is broken and therefore I am responsible for the increase. I informed them immediately after I knew and shut the faucet off. The connection is something that needs to get replaced every year. Is my landlord right? Am I responsible for the water bill increase?
