QUESTIONS

  • How much financial info do I need to provide a landlord, ie; account numbers, amount of money in stocks, bonds and municipal funds. I am very concerned about disclosing this type of information w/ all the hacking going on in our society today...

I never had a final walk through nor sign of on the damages he is charging me for. Nor was I allowed to fix the problem myself. He simply took it upon himself to fix the problems before I had an opportunity to fix myself. Did he violate my rights?
  • I moved out of a rental home on 10/16/15 but was made to pay for the entire month of October. Did the 14 days for returning my deposit start on 10/16 or 10/31?
