I was ticketed for criminal speeding when I was 17. Went to court and was told to do driving school to get rid of the charge. The charge hasn't been removed. The court clerk says that I was given the option for traffic school but doesn't know how to remove it. How would I remove it from my record? I feel it should be removed from the option of going to traffic school.

My ex-husband and I divorced in 1992 in KS and had 3 minor children at the time. My ex rarely paid his support and actually owes his children thousands of dollars. The question: the children are adults who have been residents of AZ for many years. They now really need funds and I'm unable to help. How would I initiate an audit of monies owed, and where do I start since none of us have been residents of KS for many years. My ex resides in SC. I have been told there are no time limitations to child support.

I have notified him of the move with a registered letter. What is my next and best course of action?

This is an odd question for Arizona, but in the summer my landlord keeps the thermostat locked when he is in town. He is a rather large man, and keeps the A/C at 69 during the summer. Myself and my roommate nearly have to wear winter garments to be comfortable. Not only is this a waste of electricity, but it is extremely uncomfortable for his tenants. Is there anything I can do about this? Legally.
