  • When giving the landlord a written notice of something that needs to be repaired do they need to send it to
  • My ex is doing this to our son. Where can I get help? The judge doesn't see my side of this and there was significant domestic violence in our marriage. The judge has granted my ex custody and he is a dangerous alcoholic. My daughter, his step daughter is so afraid for her little brother because she knows 1st hand what her step-father is capable of yet the judge won't let her in the court room. My ex is extremely good at conning and manipulating the system and has the judge fooled. I don't know what to do and now I can't even see our son. What can I do?

  • I need advise and assistance. Have been working with ***Mortgage Servicer*** since 10/2011 to obtain a HAMP 1.0 Tier modification. I have filed for Chapter 11 protection in 4/12 to stop the foreclosure process and continue to work unsuccessfully with Mortgage Servicer. They have made my life so unbelievably stressful with their constant requests for duplicate information provided and 2 denials of the request based on incorrect information that I am spending hours proving their errors. Need assistance to further clarify the settlement terms of the AZ AG's office case and what can be done to help me obtain the HAMP

  • My fiancee was verbally told today that I had to remove myself from the mobile home park because of Rejection of Application for Residency, something I applied for 3 months ago and heard nothing. I was not given any notice nor told to leave by the management. Can they tresspass me from the trailer park?

Is there or should I do something now before its too late in order for us not to be in the street after parents pass. I pay all the bills and property taxes and I dont want the place under my name I just dont want my brother to get mad cuz he drinks and gets dumb and threatens to kick us off his property for telling him not to drink here. Now us is myself and 3 daughters. we all take care of my parents.
