QUESTIONS

  • I'm trying to rent or sell my home which is currently rented. Tenant doesn't want anyone in the home & won't respond to my calls & emails. Do phone messages & emails fullfill the requirements for 2 day entry notice or must i post a notice on door? If so, would you tell me where in the AZ landlord tenant act is notice for entry? Also, for viewing purposes, if I have a viewing for a prospective tenant, may I give a 2-hour window then call the realtor so she can post that realtors may show the home during that 2-hr time too?
  • I was at work and there were two people in my home without my consent and one of them had a warrant, and the other person answered the door and allowed cops to come inside without a warrant and found guy with warrant in my bedroom. They then said they found drug paraphernalia in plain view. They arrested me later in the week and charged me with paraphernalia. What rights did cops have and what should I do? I donot plan to plead guilty for this charge. Please help.

  • This problem is strange. My daughter's ex-sister-in-law is demanding to have personal phone calls and visits with my 15 yr. old granddaughter and is usurping my daughter's parental authority. My daughter has informed her ex-sister-in-law she is forbidden any further personal contact with my granddaughter. The ex-sister-in-law lashed out saying she was taking my daughter to court. This woman is ludicris in thinking a legal case could ever get started. My daughter is a wonderful responsible mother and my granddaughter is having teenage tantrum issues. Question: Is this a legal case at all?
