Can she request the sheriff's Dept., to give her an extention, until she can find a place to say, and to put her belongings somewhere else? And if so... how long can the extention be, at most? She lives in Phoenix, Az. Thank you~

I am applying for assistance thru SaveYourHome. My mortgage counselor tells me that I would easily qualify except for the co-signer. In the past 2 yrs, my son has gone thru a BK & lay-off. He's been at his new job 9 months makes $13 per hour. I've heard about Quit Claim deeds. Can he be removed?

  • I lived in apartment for 2yrs. Carpet was new. Contract was up 11/30/18 and completed the walk-through on 11/28. At the walk-through we were told that everything was fine except a stain on the countertop which we were told that we would probably have to pay for. Two weeks later I get a letter that I have to pay to replace the carpet because it's worn more than the 36 month life limit. I have pictures of the carpet and it is not worn nor dirty.
