If I take FMLA can I start an online degree program?

I was incarcerated in july of this year and was released just recently, during that time my wife and 2 children had moved to kansas I am most likely to file for divorce and will be seeking joint custody. I am planning on having the kids for their summer break and winter breaks.Since she is out of state what is the procedure for this to occur and what must I file,also will she have to come back to Arizona for the proceedings or can she remain in Kansas?

Can I utilize financial funding from an established foundation (501(c)(3)) if the INCORPORATOR is placed in a senior living facility due to injury? Upon her discharge, 24 hour care will be required. If yes, how? Thank you.

I have had my grand daughter since september 2015 and now her mom is wanting her back in June, how do I go about getting guardianship of my grand daughter, my daughter does not live in this state and at the moment she is living with friends, she also has 4 other kids who are constantly being taken out of school and moved around at the moment none of the kids are in school, I really don't want to send her back, she is autistic with other disabilities and is doing good here although we have our moments and she is in counseling, I don't even know if I even have a chance to gain guardianship.

Basically what happened is I signed a year lease with my landlord. We completed the entire year and moved out. Turns out they auto enrolled us into month to month without our consent. The bill started to rack up and we had no knowledge of it. They end up gettig a judgement against us without anyone of our knowledge. Its been about 4 years and i found out recently. Is there anyway i can dispute this? Do i not deserve my day in court?

I am not sure if anything can be done . My son who is 26 yrs old had his jaw broken, it was broken to two places and it was also dislocated. He had surgery and had a plate put in. His bit is not even now and he has what we believe is a small sharp bone sticking out where his jaw joins so when he bites this bone digs into the side of his jaw. he has already went to his follow up from the hospital and at that time he asked the Dr why this was with the bone and his bite and the Dr replied I did the best I could. Is there any thing we can do regarding this? did the hospital get the rite DR

If your rent is due on the first of the month, and you pay it before the fifth of the month, can he charge late fees in those first 5 days?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

MY SON'S FATHER AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN MARRIED, NEVER LIVED TOGETHER AND HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY SONS LIFE SINCE HE WAS 2 WEEKS OLD. HE IS ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT IVE PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORTED MY SON WITHOUT A DIME FROM HIS FATHER OR HELP FROM HIS FATHERS FAMILY. HE'S MISSED ALL BIRTHDAYS, HOLIDAYS, ETC. HOW CAN I GET FULL LEGAL CUSTODY OF MY SON AND HOW EXACTLY WOULD THE PROCESS WORK IF HIS FATHER COMES AND GOES? I AM NOT LOOKING FOR CHILD SUPPORT. I JUST WANT LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SO THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO TRY TO TAKE MY SON FROM ME. SOMEONE HELP??

I have been divorced for 8 years. I paid child support till two years ago when my son turned 19 years of age and had graduated from high school. I have been paying spousal support for the past eight years. My ex wife has been living with another man and has properties they have purchased as joint tenants. She is wearing a wedding ring with a diamond on it. How can I find out if she has gotten married or not? Could she have gone to a different state and gotten married there, so I wouldn't know?
