In Arizona when can a legally married man(woman) be charged with rape of his/her spouse?

We signed a 4 month lease at an RV Storage facility to rent a 60' space for our 20' trailer, because we were told only 60' spaces were available. After parking the trailer in the assigned space we discovered it is not 60' but 40', which rents for $75 per month. The facility continues to insist it's a 60' space, refuses to measure it & refuses to change our rental rate to $75. They only offer to move us to "another" 60' space as a solution. Is it legal for them to overcharge us like this? What recourse do we have? We suspect they're doing this to others. Isn't this fraud? What rights do we have

what does the law say I must do if my wife dies during the night. we have a living will, power of attorney. donator list and we don't want heroic measures if there won't be s good out come. we want to be cremated (in paperwork) can I just drive her to the hospital etc?

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

I have congested heart failure and getting disability then went to jail.. check stop when in jail had to go to er for heart paims from jail bill collector called saying I was getting a warrant if not pay bill is that true

I get a news letter the first of the month stating maintenance day is 1/21/15. Is that legal notice. They come in twice that day. Once to change the a/c filter, check smoke alarm and look for drippy faucets. They come back to do monthly pest control. It is anywhere from 8 to 5. Lately they have even looked in the refrigerator during this inspection.

i was kicked out of my nursing program 3months before i was due to graduate because a background check company falsely reported a 13 year old misdemeanor drug possession. because of their mistake I also lost my externship job offer. I have since provided that company documentain from the state they claim i was accussed in confirming they're error. I was reinstated into my program and have since graduated but it took me a year and I racked up a large bill fighting them. they ruined my life for a year and I want to sue them for the financial burdens they caused me. Im not sure how to start this

I currently have a hole in my ceiling due to a pipe leaking. It’s been over 2 months and they haven’t fully fixed it yet. What are my options? Can si start deducting the amount my electic bill has increased since this has occurred?

My roommate and I signed a lease together. She moved all of her stuff out, while I was on vacation, yet doesn't want to cancel the lease and continue paying her rent. I am pretty sure she is going to flake out on my lease, which will therefor hurt her and I. What steps do I need to take to get this resolved in regards to suing her.

My son asked to move his camper to my home. I adamantly told him NO. He knocked on my door 3 days ago and had moved it on my property while I was sleeping. He is not allowed on my property anyway due to his drug use. Now I have people in on out of his trailer buying dope. I don't know what to do to make him leave! Do I call the police or do I have to file an eviction notice on him? I am afraid of him as he has threatened both my life and to burn down my house if I didn't let him park it!
