  • I gave my employer a copy of my subpoena in case I was late. When I came into work that day I noticed my subpoena sitting out in view for everyone to see. The case I am testifying for his a very violent one.Do I have any recourse for violating my privacy and putting me possibly in danger?

My question is if I cannot save my home will I be subject to any deficiency judgments against me because my residence is a condominium? I've read about if the property being less than 2.5 acres and a single family dwelling is safe from deficiency judgments. Do condos fall under the same protection? Also, she is on Social Security and gets a small SSI check. Her husband gets a small SSI check. She makes less than $700 a month - do you know if she will have to pay alimony? She thinks when she moves that she may loose her SSI money and that her husbands amount will increase. Can you please comment on this?

  • I bought a car and I made a mistake on buying it and the dealer won't take it back after a week. I am disabled and Deaf and I believe I was being coerced and the payments is too high for me to handle. The cost of loan is 23,000 and payments is 361.00. The trunk is too high for me to put in my walker. I have contacted the Attorney General with no luck. The blue book value is 12,000. I saw an ad for the 2017 car same as mine for much lower at 13,000. Please Help me.
