Answer: Obtaining a U.S. Visa or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) through marriage to a U.S. citizen is governed by the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service. Please look at the Family of U.S. Citizens page, on the USCIS website for information on getting a visa or permanent resident card for an immigrant spouse. This page explains the requirements and the process as well as all the necessary forms for an immigrant spouse of a U.S. citizen to obtain a visa or permanent resident card and reside in the United States. Immigration law is a complex subject and may require the aid of an attorney. Please look here, for help finding an attorney in Arizona.
