QUESTIONS

  • The CC&R states no clothesline. The home we are in was built in 1979. Is there a conflict with ARS 33-439 and ARS 44-1761? Can I legally put up a clothesline to dry clothes in my unfenced backyard?

  • We currently rent a home. It flooded the home in ankle deep water while we were at work. Is it reasonable to hold my landlord responsible for at least half of the water bill due to it being a maintenance issue? Also, fans were set up to dry the floors and walls, is it reasonable for the landlord to cover at least half of the electric bills?
  • My husband has left me and moved to San Diego. He has left me with all the bills to pay. I am going to be evicted myself if I don't pay rent by the 16th. Can I get any help for abandinment?

He therefore quit without two weeks notice, I understand that. The following day a group message from management; to all remaining staff was sent. It got out of hand when all three managers at some point talked negatively about his credibility as a man and adult. Being a marine as well, I defended him. It got to the point I don't feel secure in my job and I handed in my uniform. Is the company liable?
  • Is it required to file for child support? I filed for divorce and my ex and I are in agreement on everything, neither of us wants child support or spousal support and we filed a Maritial Settlement Agreement stating that neither of us is seeking Child support but when I am filling out the final decree it seems as though it is requiring me to also do the child support order and child support worksheet.
  • How can I get help ? I have a neighboring tentant and they keep harrasing me. I don't know them or know their names. I've reported complaints to manager about them throwing large amounts of cigarettes at my door- even leaving them burning at my door step. There is a  10 day notice that has passed and they continue the harrassment..
