  • I filed for a order of protection 2/18 & defendant filed to drop it (heating 3/4). Judge said there were 2 violations since OP was granted but since I replied to his saying he was sorry to hear about the death of my 23 yr. old cat (no law says I can't contact him!) he/Judge said he's only guilty of one violation ...yet he firmly told defendant to leave me alone & granted his request to dismiss the Order of Protection. • A few months ago I sold a car that I personally owned, a 2003 Mercedes for $6,000. It was our family car, sold to a private buyer. I own a internet based business where I locate classic cars. This individual that purchased our Mercedes said that his wife did not like the car and he wanted his money back. When I refused he threatened to sue me. Today I received a "Truth Affidavit" in the mail from his personal attorney making a number of false claims and naming my business as a "shell company" in the matter. My business was never relevant in the matter. How should I proceed with this?

  • We line in a 55+community and each year the palms are trimmed and we have to pay for them, I was told most mobilhome parks don't charge the tenent in AZ for palm trimming, but get charged every year. We pay rent on a space, is it our responsibility to pay for them or should the park owner pay ? The rent goes up each year, and we still have to pay for their palms to be trimmed. Is there a law that the owner should be paying for these? Thank you
