Question: I am the biological father,a perternity test was done and I was in prison when she was born.I was to follow all D.E.S programs,But had to put it off til I took care of a fauls accusation in a fellony case-which got dissmissed.And now she was adopted out and I was not notified (but had no stable address). Question: Son in prison for drugs only but will be in for several years (first time incarcerated). He is in a drug rehab program there. Grandmother from mother's side has custody of his child. Question: My husband would like to adopt my three children from a previous marriage. The issue is their father has been deported from the United States and is not allowed to return to this country.
