I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? I am renting a home for past year and half with wife, daughter and her 5 year old son. We have all had various levels of sickness, mainly severe coughing. We brought this to the attention of the management company with full details. They sent out a person to "visually" inspect for surface mold, in one room. This person left indicating the issue was from a single cat. We obtained our own air quality company and paid for results ourselves, the results came back with several mold types in home and "Black Mold" was one of them. Management company not responding to addressing problem. Help???

What age can you start getting senior help with the des programs?

My mother is 92 and a new neighbor has recently befriended her. My mother lives alone and about 450 miles from me and refused to move in with me.I became ill and could no longer care for my mother.Family members flew in from other states to help but I lived the closest.I just became aware that my mother has been changing her financial doucuments with the help of this new neighbor.I found her writing and printing on these documents which contain my name,address,social security number.She helped my mother take my name off.She was acting as her legal guardian.My mother cannot hear or see very well and cannot drive anymore.I called this neighbor up and asked her want was going on? She said she was helping because I abandoned my mother.My mother has two medicare nurses a week that assist her and I have a licensed/bonded agency that can take her to doctors and shopping.When I called this neighbor she called the local police and said I harassed her.I tried to tell the officer on the phone that I may be the victim of identity theft and she may have copies of personal information but he said his concern was only about a phone call and didn't want to know anything else.Again,I live 450 miles away.She took my mother to the funeral home where my mother has made her arrangements and had my name crossed out and her name put in to receive my mother's ashes.I don't know what she was up to but it is all very suspicous.Is ther anything I can do? The only things missing so far that I can determine from my mother's home are clothing(which is mine)and some small items. I am so upset that this woman has personal and financial on my mother and me. Is ther anything I can do? With Appreciation,Generosa

We are owners of a double wide in a moblie home park in Tucson.  We live out of state and for the last 5 months have received only partial payments and at this time a tenant is 4 months past due in agreed payments. We have had several issues with this problem, and feel we can no longer allow this person to occupy our property and would like to have someone tell us how we can go about serving notice for an eviction. We have read the laws of Arizona and know that a paper has to be obtained, filed, and paid for by us and then sent on to the occupant of property.  How can we start this procedure?

I live in a rental home. The A/C went out, the owner was notified, as well as management company, it's been 6 days and still not fixed. I went and purchased on day 2, 3 fans and a portable A/C unit, I have lost alot of fruits, pantry items too! The heat has also caused my laptop to stop working and it's so hot in the house to cook, we have been purchasing fast food, can I legally demand reimbursement for these things from the owner ?
