how can i get help with my land lord trying to charge me for the patio roof for leaking when soon as I seen it I told him about it? I have pics and emails from when I first told them about it in April 2015 and now its Nov 2015 and they just doing something about it?

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

I am on probation for 2 misdemeanors. My wife accepted a job in Nevada and I have been offered one with the same company. How can I get my probation transferred to Nevada. Please don't tell me to ask my PO as he has stated that my wife has to be in Nevada for 6 months before Nevada would agree to transferring my probation. I have not been able to find any evidence that this statement is true. I was also told I am not eligible for Interstate Compact treatment. Please help.

My truck that i have drove for two years now was payed for on the spot for $1600 with income tax money from my grandmother and the rest pur of her pocket. Since then, out of my pocket i have put about $3000 into it myself. This income tax money my grandma had was from her claiming me(i was 17, im 19 now). My dad went and gave the man the money for the truck. My dad and i do not get along and he is mental (seriously). Now everytime he gets slightly irritated, he tries to take my truck and we get into it. The title has his name on it, but he is wrongly abusing. I'm so tired of this!Please help me?

I bought a house back when the housing market boomed and at the time had a decent job that can pay for the mortgage. A year and a half later my contract ended for the job and now can't afford the mortgage. I am wondering if it's possible to do a short sale with a good amount of savings in the bank? I have joint legal and physical custody of my daughter (12). The access schedule we agreed to equals exactly 50/50 physical custody. Because of my work schedule (2:30-11:00pm M-F), my current wife and family members pick my daughter up from school and care for her in the evenings during the week. My question is, would a judge penalize me for not being the one physically with her during those times when figuring child support?
