  • I had a guy who works on cars look at my truck. He drove the truck (drunk) and rolled it. He can't pay me because he is in jail for driving drunk. What are my rights?
  • My fiancee moved to Wisconsin (where we currently reside) three years ago. Shortly after arriving here, his ex girlfriend in Tuscon claimed she was pregnant with his child. She wanted him to pay child support that she decided without him signing the birth certificate and without a paternity test. He desperately wants to see if she is the father but she refuses to participate. Is there any legal way to force her to cooperate? Is he legally obligated to pay child support without being on the birth certificate if it is her fault he is not able to see the child?

If the rental agreement specifies that the tenant is responsible for maintenance and repairs of all appliances provided in the home, is the landlord obligated to use a home warranty fund for such repairs?
  • my manager did not accept my rent on the first and told me to wait until she got back to me on monday 5 about why i had a notice certified mail from them. (never received that mail) on the 5 i get a call saying they we not going to renew my lease, i had 30 days to vacate (verbally) that night i get a notice on my door that i owe rent and late fees.   • I wish to sell my mobile home located in a MH Park. The Owner of the park told me I have to sell it to him under the "Right of First Refusal" Law. I do not want to sell it to him, as he will use it as a rental. He is using this ROFR for personal gains. I have a buyer already. Does he have the right to force me to sell it to him under this ROFR? He has this written in current Rules and Regulations for tenants. He has already obtained two MH’s from owners by using this statement, and is now renting them out. Is this legal?
