My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I rented house for almost four years,fixed house up inside out without any deductions. Landlord kept raising rent after we made home liveable.she's tried to illegally evict us before but we called police.now she's trying to move in on us and evicting us for no reason telling lies that were not paying and already has new tenants she's just moving in to get us out for no reason and I have two small kids and disabled husband what can I do?

The mobile home park I live in is corporate owned. February, 2018, the park got a new manager. The manager sent out a general letter stating that, starting 2/12/18 lot inspections will be conducted and then every two weeks after. Is management required by law to send a letter to each individual resident, specifying the date in which a uniformed employee will be on the rented space for inspection? Is management allowed to just send a general letter? In the past, they have come onto the property without any prior notice, have taken pictures, then sent a warning for rule violations.

I was in an argument with my boyfriend and he called the police. In the process, I was angry and cut two clothes which I gave him as gift in the past.The original price of those two items are 200 dollar in total, but it was worn for more than 2 years. Before I damage those two clothes, I have obtained consent from my boyfriend of returning those two clothes to me . However, I was still arrested and charged with criminal damage. If my boyfriend has agreed to return the clothes to me, is that still his property? I mentioned this to the police officer but he said he still need to arrest me.

My daughter and her son have lived with me and my husband since my grandson was born. the father of the baby left when he was 3 months old and moved back to his home state of KY. He did sign the birth certificate and my daughter is going for child support through the state, but the father does not call, visit or show any interest in my grandson. My question is, what would happen if my daughter became ill or passed away- by law does my grandson have to move to KY to live with a biological father he has never known or is there something I can do now for reassurance this baby won't be taken.

I am divorced and we have 50/50 custody. However my ex-wife was sexually abused by her father. We currently have it in our parenting plan that he is never to be alone with them. I feel they should never sleep under the same roof as him. My Ex wife thinks it is ok and contually takes the children to his house and spends the night there with them. There have never been any legal actions taken against the abusive father/grandfather. However should I take it further?
