  • A mobile home burned down on my land. The mobile home was owned and insured by someone else. I was letting this person keep their mobile home on my land at no coast. (No lease or written agreement).This person received a check from the insurance company and will not pay for the clean up. Is the insurance company by chance responsible for the clean up? Who is responsible for the clean up?

Because a proper 30 day notice wasnt given. How the hell are you suppose to give a notice when you have dropped dead literally. Is that legal?
