  • I gave notice in May to move during August (lease ending July 31). The landlord says I have to wait to get the amount they're going to charge me. They have a habit of delivering information the day before it's due. How long do I have to give them to get me this information?

WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO I HAVE AND HOW DO I CLAIM SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES(MY BOYFRIEND HAD A MASSIVE STROKE 7/04/08).

She had unofficial "custody", because my child was with her when she died, CPS investigated and informs me that since it appears that mother was the custodial parent, that I need to establish custody through the courts. Can someone make sense of why I would need to establish custody, per CPS
