My son who is 12yrs old has been living with me for the last 6 months. His mother has not worked in about 4yrs and moved several times and at this time has no place to live or car. She gets 1226. a month from me. She has medical issues and feel she is not stable. She has been admitted to a behavioral hospital a couple times and is currently on probation for her daughters truancy. I want to know whats the best way to get custody of my son. Im afraid if she finds out she will take him from me

Can I make a guest leave my home with out going to court

At my current job I began outside, when my asthma began effecting me we moved inside to another position in a building where it did not make my asthma any better. Finally they moved me to a position where my health wasnt compromised, a month ago they gave me the option to go back to the two previous position that effected my health when I explained that my health was in jeopardy they kept insisting the same two positions stating they needed people their. Can I file a lawsuit for them forcing me into a threatening position?

My family and I have a lease for property. Today we received a notice taped to our door stating that there was going to be a "notice of trustee's sale" on the property. What rights do we have in this situation? Is this considered our 30 day notice to vacate? What action or responsibility does the management company have in this situation?

My question is about signing a lease and the rent is showing 745.00 a month which I signed on July 30th of this year. From 09/01/2015 to midnight 08/31/2016. I was told by the manager of the complex that there was a mistake was made by there computer and that the rent should have been for 796.62. This was told to me after I had sign my original lease. The manager wanted me to initial a additional paper to show that the computer should have shown that the rent was suppose to be 796.62.what I want to know is do I pay the 745.62 or the 796.62.

My mother had quad bypass surgery 10/07. Upon coming home from the hospital we needed a caregiver to help my mom take her meds go to the bathroom , feed herself , bathe herself etc. After 90 days my mothers LTC kicked in. We filed a claim with Humana , which is the provider that administers her medicare , on 04/20/07. We called a couple of weeks later and were told it takes 30 days to process. We then called the end of May and were told they have it but to wait another 30 days. We called at the end of June and were now told it was in the wrong dept but it would now be expedited. I called mid July spoke to a "manager " Joe Clark who said it was still in the worng dept but he wopuld expedite it and call me back in 1-2 days. NO CALL 10 days later I call and speak to Stephanie, and she tells me her sup. will call me back NO CALL. i call 5 days later speak to Woodley , he tells me he has no idea about the delay but will rush it. I call at the end of July speak to yet another manager who tells me they "changed" vendors and need me to refax the entire claim. She asks me what the claim is about I tell her and she tells me that what I described to her is really more "housekeeping" work and not covered. KEEP IN MIND she hasn't even reviewed the claim. I am now approaching 4 months since we first submitted this and I am at wits end. What are my options to get this expedited one way or another

A few months ago I sold a car that I personally owned, a 2003 Mercedes for $6,000. It was our family car, sold to a private buyer. I own a internet based business where I locate classic cars. This individual that purchased our Mercedes said that his wife did not like the car and he wanted his money back. When I refused he threatened to sue me. Today I received a "Truth Affidavit" in the mail from his personal attorney making a number of false claims and naming my business as a "shell company" in the matter. My business was never relevant in the matter. How should I proceed with this?
