Isnt there a law that states how much you can charge rent by square footage? I ask because its seems to be ridiculous to charge $650 for a 350 sq ft studio.

My ex and I shared a storage unit in AZ for almost 3 years. After we broke up, he now lives in TN and I moved back to TX. I'd like to go to AZ to get a few of my things that are irreplaceable (family photos, records, diplomas, etc.) The storage unit said I no longer have access to the unit since he has removed me as an authorized user. Only he can access it or he hast to be present (he's abusive, i dont want him near me) What are my rights? Can an officer escort me to the unit? Is Public Storage that powerful as to withhold my things? Can i send public storage an affidavit to mail my things?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? After I moved into my apartment, I found that when it rained hard, my closet had water coming in on the floor and my window was no sealed properly. They say they are working on getting bids but it has been 3 months and no repairs.
