Question: i LIVE IN A SENIOR MOBIL HOME PARK, WE HAVE JUST FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN SOLD AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE BUILDING AN ASSISTED LIVING HERE. WE NEED TO KNOW OUR RIGHTS, WHAT THEY CAN DO TO US. WE OWN OUR OWN MOBILES AND WENT OUR SPACE. WE ARE A VERY OLD SENIOR PARK AND MOST OF US ARE ON A FIXED INCOME. HELP

Generally speaking if you own the mobile home, but rent the space, then the new property owner may have to abide by the terms of the current rental agreement. They would not likely be obligated to renew the rental at the end of it's term if they do not intend to keep using the space as a rental lot for mobile homes. You may want to review your current rental agreement and determine the terms of the agreement, specifically the terms and duration of the rental agreement.
