Question: My aunt has guardianship of my son because i went to prison im out n im staying with her for now she doesn't want to give me my so. Back what do i do
Answer: To end or terminate a guardianship, the person would need to go to the Superior Court in their county to file a discharge or termination of the guardianship. The Superior Court of Maricopa County has the packet of forms needed to file on line at http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/JuvenileCases/jg_jgd1.asp. Also included are instruction on how to file with the courts. If you are outside of Maricopa county, these same forms could be used, but check with your local Superior court. You may also wish to contact an attorney.
