Question: My husband passed away im not executor of his will. His sister has the title to our home and I belive she has transfered the title to her name and rhey plan on sell my hpuse after April 15th do I have any rights???

Answer: This is a complicated issue.  You may need to talk with a lawyer.  There are programs in Arizona that you can use to get some inexpensive legal advice and guidance.  One is the Modest Means Program.  For a $75 fee, the Modest Means Program will arrange a one hour consult with an experienced attorney.  You can apply online at http://www.azlawhelp.org/accessToJustice.cfm.  Another program is a  lawyer referral service. For a $40 fee, Arizona Lawyer Referral will set you up with a 30 minute consultation with an experienced lawyer.
