Question: I believe Mom had a will thru Legal Aid.How do I find out Her name is Anna Lalor
Answer: Before death, a will is NOT filed with any Court or kept in any public searchable database. It is a private document, subject to changes or revocation by the Testator (person writing the will) at any time up to death. The Testator (person writing the will) possesses the original will, and copies the are provided to the Personal Representative/Executor and others, as the Testator requests. “Legal Aid” (a general term for the free legal service agencies in Arizona), if your mother did use such an agency may or may not have kept a copy. You may need to survey your relatives and your mother's friends to try to track down how she dealt with her estate
