Question: If I were to leave my house to my youngest son in my will can my older son fight him on this and my younger son lose the house to him?
Answer:
A will can be contested however if it is properly formed it is less likely that the court will find against the will. The requirements of a will can be found in ARS 14-2502. It is likely in your best interest to have your will drawn up by an attorney to make sure that your will is executed properly.
