Answer: In Arizona, civil cases that seek an award of more than $10,000 are brought in Superior Court. In requesting a hearing, either party is able to ask for a jury trial. The forms, process, and Superior Court locations can be located on AZCourtHelp.org. https://azcourthelp.org/forms/civil-forms-over Civil cases can be complicated.
