Choosing Where to Live
questions & answers
Question: If I need to be hospitalized for an extended period, can I rent out my mobile home?
Answer:
Arizona law does not prohibit sub-letting of rental units, including mobile home spaces. However, in most cases, you will need prior written consent of the landlord, and the landlord may require any sub-tenant to go through the application process like any other prospective tenant. Generally, the landlord may not unreasonably withhold consent to sub-let, so long as the applicant is otherwise qualified.
