Question: Can a landlord turn me down as a tenant because I am a senior?
Answer:
No. It is illegal for landlords to discriminate against anyone simply because of age. It is also not legal to discriminate against a prospective home buyer based on his or her age. (A.R.S. ยง 41-1491).
