Question: I am 21 years old, pregnant and have a 8 month old baby. I pay rent, but have no job and i am receiving food stamps monthly with cash assistance for 3 months. My 3 month period ends this July. I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance?
