questions & answers
Question: can you recommend a lawyer to help get my ahcccs reinstated
Answer:
If you have not gone through the Department of Economic Services’ appeals process you can access that information here: https://www.azdes.gov/main.aspx?menu=357&id=5224
If you have been through the appeals process and wish to find an attorney there are resources to help with that process. The “Find a Lawyer” search on The State Bar of Arizona’s website would be one way to find a lawyer in the legal area that you need. (http://www.azbar.org/). You can try search for an attorney in the field of Administrative Law or Health Law.
Additionally, county bar associations often have referral services on their websites. If you live in Maricopa County you can try www.maricopalawyers.org or for Pima County http://pimacountybar.org/
The information above is provided for general information only. To find out how the law applies to a specific situation, contact an attorney directly.
