Question: If a court case was "terminated" and i never had to show up at court, can another jurisdiction bring it back up almost 2 years later?
Answer: It depends upon the nature of the case and the reason it was termnated. If the case was close "with prejudice" then most likely it could not be reopened. If it wss closed "without prejudice" then it is possible to reopen. Any refiling would have to be within the applicable "statute of limitations" timeframes. These timeframes differ case type by case type.
