Question: I completed probation I never gave up my right to privacy and my old probation officers, basically violated my civil liberties. They leeched my personal business way beyond their fiduciary duties. They Violated my right,and has basically scared me with in the community i grow up in. Is it to late to sue?

A complaint can be made in writing, in person, or by phone.
