Answer:
The definition for aggrivated assault can be found in ARS 13-1204. The sentence for an aggrivated assault depends on the specific circumstances of the act, but range from a class 6 felony up to a class 2 felony.
The circumstances will also determine which set of statutes will be used to sentence the offender. Each statute explains how a person will be sentenced for their crime and uses the general sentencing information, found in ARS 13-701, to see where the crime falls on the scale.
