Question: If your vehicle is repo'd, can they keep or charge you for your belongings that were in the vehicle?
Answer: Vehicle reposession occurs when there has been a default on a loan securing the vehicle, and the creditor becomes entitled to recover the vehicle. Possessions found in the vehicle however, are entitled to be recovered and the creditor is not entitled to keeping the property and is instead, required to inform of the property found and how it can be retrieved.
